Tabl and its community of producers and hosts are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and experience.

For food and drink purchased through the site, please check the returns and refunds policy on each of the producer's shop pages. 

Perishable, personalised, or items made to order aren’t cancellable or returnable if they have already been dispatched by the seller.

If the producer allows returns within 14 days of purchase – to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product:

Step One:

Contact support@tabl.com to let the seller know you'd like a cancellation/refund and the reason for the cancellation or return. 

Important: please don’t throw away any product before you’ve spoken to either Tabl or the producer and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.

Step Two:

If you have already received the item and have received confirmation or acceptance of return from the seller, please send the item(s) back to the seller within 14 days of initial purchase – for greater security, we’d suggest you use a tracked or signed-for delivery service. Please note that you’ll pay the cost of shipping return items. 

Step Three:

 Tabl will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:
· 14 days after the day the product is received by the seller; or
· If earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to the seller; or
· if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed the seller or us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.

If you aren't satisfied for any reason with a product or event experience purchased through Tabl please notify us at support@tabl.com and we will do our best to help.
